The Provider agrees to supply internet connectivity and related services to the Subscriber. Service speed, availability, and other features may vary based on the selected plan and location.

3. Subscriber Responsibilities

• Use of Services: The Subscriber agrees to use the Services lawfully and ethically, avoiding any activity that could harm the network or other users.

• Equipment: The Subscriber is responsible for maintaining any personal equipment required to access the Services.

• Account Security: The Subscriber is responsible for safeguarding account credentials and promptly notifying the Provider of any unauthorized use.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Services for illegal purposes, including but not limited to piracy, fraud, and hacking.

• Sending spam, viruses, or other malicious content.

• Reselling or sharing the Services without written authorization from the Provider.

5. Payment and Billing

• Fees: Subscribers must pay all charges associated with the selected service plan.

• Payment Schedule: Payments are due as per the billing cycle. Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.

• Taxes: All applicable taxes and regulatory fees will be added to the charges.

6. Service Availability and Maintenance

• Uptime Guarantee: While the Provider aims to offer uninterrupted service, occasional downtime for maintenance or unforeseen issues may occur.

• Notification: The Provider will notify Subscribers of planned maintenance whenever possible.

7. Termination of Service

• Voluntary Termination: Subscribers may terminate their service by providing 7 days notice.

• Involuntary Termination: The Provider reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of Terms, or other valid reasons.

8. Liability and Indemnification

• Limitation of Liability: The Provider is not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or other issues.

• Indemnification: Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless against claims resulting from misuse of the Services.

9. Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
